When using <a> tags to link to external websites, make sure that the href (url) is accessible
and stripped. Try to use <a> as much as possible for SEO purposes. Additionally, always write
code examples inside <pre> tags and format them appropriately according to the programming
language used. Make sure to write all code in UTF-8 and do not style HTML inline.
