Peel and Mash the Peppers and Eggplants

Once you have gathered all the ingredients, it's time to peel and mash the peppers and eggplants. To do this, start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the peppers and eggplants on a baking sheet and roast them for about 30 minutes, or until they are soft and lightly charred. Once they are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool. Once cooled, peel off the skin and discard it. Then, mash the peppers and eggplants with a fork or a potato masher until they are completely mashed.

If you don't have an oven, you can also peel and mash the peppers and eggplants by boiling them in a pot of water for about 10 minutes. Once they are soft, drain the water and let them cool. Then, peel off the skin and mash them with a fork or a potato masher.

Once you have mashed the peppers and eggplants, you can move on to the next step of adding the garlic and olive oil.

Add the Garlic and Olive Oil

Once the peppers and eggplants have been roasted and peeled, it's time to add the garlic and olive oil. Start by finely chopping the garlic and adding it to a bowl. Then, pour in the olive oil and mix it together with the garlic. This will create a paste-like consistency that will be used to season the ajvar.

Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Olive Oil

Instructions:
1. Finely chop the garlic
2. Add the garlic to a bowl
3. Pour in the olive oil
4. Mix together the garlic and olive oil

Once the garlic and olive oil have been mixed together, it's time to add it to the roasted peppers and eggplants. Simply add the paste to the vegetables and mix it together until it is evenly distributed. This will give the ajvar a delicious garlic flavor and a nice texture.

Season with Salt and Pepper

Once the peppers and eggplants have been roasted, peeled and mashed, it's time to season the Ajvar. Start by adding garlic and olive oil to the mixture. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste. Make sure to mix the ingredients together thoroughly. If you want to add a bit of heat, you can also add some chili flakes or hot pepper powder.
